Jiangsu Haiyu Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in Dec. 11th, 2006, is a private technology-based business dedicated to the development, manufacture and distribution of precision forged items such as universal joints, gearwheels, shafts, etc. It is located in Chenbao Industrial Zone of Xinghua City, which is a “land of fishes and rice” and also the hometown of Zhen Banqiao. It has the capacity of manufacturing more than ten million pieces of forged items per year and its products are widely used in automobiles, mining machinery, mechanical equipment and pumps.

With a registered capital of RMB11.88 million Yuan, our company currently has 160 employees, including 15 medium and senior level technical workers, 28 backbone technical specialists and 72 people of college and university graduation. With total assets of RMB43.3782 million Yuan, ours boasts full production lines consisting of blanking, shot blasting, united cold and heat forging, die set processing, heat treatment, precision processing, etc. In 2012 and 2013, our company has achieved sales revenues of 60.2306 million Yuan and 81.2614 million Yuan respectively. Sales revenue in 2014 is expected to exceed one hundred million.

Since its founding, our company been subscribed to the the target of “leading to the future with technical innovation”, setting technical innovation as the guide in its business. In 2012, our company has been designated as Taizhou Business Technical Center, and has been appraised as a private technological business of Jiangsu Province and a new & hi-tech business of Jiangsu Province (candidate). In 2013, ours signed a cooperation agreement with the School of Automobiles & Communication Engineering of Jiangsu University. Since 2013, it has obtained 7 national patents of utility models. In 2013, our products “one-step forming flange-type ball and cage”, “one-step forming ball and cage constant universal joint” and “ball and cage of one-step forming four-fork type constant velocity universal joint” were appraised as products of new & high technologies by the Science & technology Administration of Jiangsu Province. Our company boasts advanced equipment for product research & development such as 1000t automatic hydraulic forging line, three coordinate, surface roughness gauge, flaw detector, metallographic analyzer, muffle furnace, tempering furnace, etc. The constant velocity universal joint we manufactured is unique in terms of quality in the province and even in the country, and our company is the biggest manufacturer of this product in the country.
